They replaced my roof on a 5000 sq ft house, they did drywall work in my kitchen on the ceiling, and they also did several household repairs to help me sell my house. I have been dealing with Chris. He is very professional, always comes when he says he will (and from what I have experienced in GA with contractors, that means a lot!), and the pricing has always been fair. He talks through the process of each job and what needs to be done and gives you the pricing upfront. He has played an instrumental role in helping me sell my house. One of Chris's best attributes, he is always so pleasant to deal with. He has found cheaper solutions to problems other contractors were trying to charge me an arm and a leg to fix. "The work they did was good. I like their thoroughness. The cost was okay. My one issues with them was, I upgraded my shingles on the house from the ones that were on there previously and I had to pay additional expense for those. They're supposed to give me a warranty on them from the manufacturer and I never received it. I would use them again but they would have to be very competitive because of the issue with the warranty. I had considered them but I have not used them again."

"They are actually a national firm.  I spent between $8000 and $10000.  They did the complete tear down and reshingle in one day.  They had 10 guys working here.  They worked hard.  They did it quickly.  There wasn't any inconvenience at all.  They got up there and did the work.  I don't know anybody else who does it in one day with the size of the roof that we have.  We've got a 4000 sqft house.  I was happy."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
