"The roof had suffered substantial wind damage. I called Advantage Roofing and Tim came to do an estimate. He was very professional, very punctual, and explained the entire process of roof replacement and insurance to me. The job was done exactly as promised. It was on time, done correctly, everything was cleaned up, and they were very careful around the landscaping. They even did a few tiny favors for me! I was so pleased with everyone involved. Their office staff is also fantastic! EVERY TIME I call, I am greeted with cheerful, welcoming voices. Tim and EVERYONE at his company truly appreciate their customers! I would DEFINETLY hire them again...I will be a life-long customer....and I will ALWAYS use them for my investment properties. "Anthony and his crew at Miami Valley Roofing were outstanding from start to finish! Anthony was recommended to us after we were denied a roof replacement from our insurance company, after a wind storm damaged our roof. I did not have a contractor present at the time of the original decision not to replace the roof (but only repair) by the insurance adjustor. After a referral by a friend, we contacted Anthony and he came out the same week and looked at the roof. He also had the roof covered with a tarp so that no additional damage would be incurred due to rain as several shingles were missing. After his review, Anthony sent a write-up to our insurance company recommending a roof replacement and had me call to schedule a re-inspection of our roof based on his write-up and photos. Anthony took time to be there to walk through the inspection of our roof with the insurance adjustor. The same day of the re-inspection I received a call from the insurance adjustor that he had changed his course of action and recommended roof replacement. Anthony then guided us through the process of picking out shingles and scheduled the roof replacement within a couple of weeks. He filed all of the necessary paperwork with the insurance company so we could receive payment in a timely manner. Anthony was also gracious enough to allow us time to receive the funds from the insurance company before having us make final payment. On the scheduled day of roof replacement, his crew showed up on time, worked diligently until the job was done and cleaned up after the job was finished. They did a professional job and the roof looks great! I could not recommend Anthony and his crew at Miami Valley Roofing any higher. We paid a little extra to have them replace our box vents with a ridge vent. I am so glad we heard about Anthony and Miami Valley Roofing through a friend because working with them was truly a blessing to our family! "I am pleased with the work that the team from Fusion did. They were prompt getting started on the scheduled date, and were on task until the job was completed the next day. The roof looks very good. I will certainly refer anyone that inquires about having work done to contact them. The one critique that I would offer is it did take nearly three weeks to get on the schedule. I know weather was a factor, however communication could have been better. It was difficult to actually speak with anyone about the scheduling. Otherwise it was a good company to work with."

"This is the second time I have had Ray St Clair work on my home.  The first time was to replace a gutter.  This second repair was to fix leaks around 2 windows.  Josh came out multiple times, giving my 2 separate quotes as I had originally asked for roof work, and then narrowed my request to just fixing the windows.  The repair proposed (roof repair, gutter repair and replace one wall of siding) has fixed my problem, the quality of the work seems good, the color of the new siding matches the rest of the house.  I cannot honest comment on the price as I could get no-one else to come out and give me an estimate, I assume they felt the work was not enough to justify the effort.  However, I feel the price was fair and am happy with the work done. <br />"

In this particular case it was Justin who came out and gave his professional advice on one leaking skylight. The roof was new ( from a previous owner) but they never replaced the aging skylights when done. Justin's advice was not what I wanted to hear but was the right one. Replace both. Turns out the crew came out the next day and did the job in a few hours. They did a excellent job, cleaned up after and Justin came out at the end to make sure the job was done right. There are many roofing contractors out their today  but Sherriff Goslin Roofing is the only one I trust and would call mainly for one reason: I feel that they are honest and not trying to rip me off by giving me bad advice just to get my business.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"The sales rep was wonderful. We knew our shingles were old and needed to be replaced. The slew rep asked if our insurance was covering the cost or part of it. We said no. He inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage. We contacted the insurance company. They sent out an inspector, and our sales rep came to shoe him pictures and to point out the damage, so insurance covered almost the entire cost! This company had a very good selection of materials and colors and the sales rep was very helpful with suggestions. The job was completed in one day. There was a wonderful project manager who was there the whole time, watching that things were done correctly. He answered questions and pointed out problems and their solutions. He had them re-do a small part because he wanted it perfect. All of the workers were industrious and conscientious.They took care to protect our siding, windows and landscaping. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism of all of the workers. I recommended them to a neighbor. Another neighbor saw the sales rep come and measure, and asked about having his roof done, and ended up having his done the same day! <br /> I highly recommend Roofing Annex! <br />"

"Guaranteed Roofing did a great job on our house. We had a total roof replacement August 2017. Our roof is extra large and I thought it would take a while to get the whole project done, but Jason and his crew took two days working from 7am-7pm to get it completed. I thought this was extremely impressive due to the fact the temperature was in the 90s and they were on the roof top without any shade! They only took a break for lunch too. When they were done, they took great care, to the extent that they used magnets and metal detectors to get all of the nails extracted from our yard. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who needs a new roof or roof repair!"

"We are buying a house that needed a roof and chimney repair prior to closing. I called some different roofing contractors for estimates. Steve, from Superior Roofing, replied to my request within a day and provided me with a very detailed estimate. I received one other estimate, that was almost $3000. more! So I called Steve, he was very accommodating to my need to have the new roof put on asap so we could close on the house. He and his crew were at the house one day later and completed the new roof install and the chimney repair. What an incredible job he did! From the color of the shingles he help me pick out, that looked amazing, to how clean the property was! I can not imagine any other roofing company being so flexible, providing a quality product that was very affordable! And Steve, the owner, is such a nice guy!
