"After two very good experiences with Rich’s Tree Service my last experience has been less than satisfactory. I thought I was requesting a more thorough tree trimming last year, trimming the branches of three trees by 4 to 6 feet. This seemed to be reflected in the estimate I was given. The trimming took less than half the time previous tree trimmings took (around 45 minutes) and there was significantly less tree debris on the ground than previously. My impression was supported by the falling of a large dead branch in a wind storm a few days after the trimming was completed. I contacted Riche’s Tree Service for an explanation and was told that someone would come out and either discuss the matter with me or complete the tree trimming. No one came out. This same process was repeated two more times. As of today, nobody from Rich’s Tree Service has come out to either discuss the inadequate tree trimming or finish the trimming."

"Never came out to look at the job and went off of pictures. Quoted an insane price for refacing the crumbling steps but we reluctantly agreed. Then wanted an additional $6-7k for “unforeseen issues”. Tried to tell him no and now they want to sue us. $21+k for a job that after the fact the most expensive quote I got was under $10k for a complete replacement instead of a resurfacing like they proposed for over $20k! I’m willing to pay him for the work that they did but that’s not good enough apparently."
