"I called Mr. Willis to see if he would be interested in replacing the lights. <br /> He ask what I was needing done and I told him. <br /> He gave me a idea of the cost which I appreciated, no surprises. <br /> He communicated very well between setting up a time as to where it was not raining for the outside lights. <br /> He came on a Saturday which was very nice since I work. <br /> He called the night before to confirm the time of his arrival and he was on time! <br /> I would recommend him over and over again. <br /> Great work and the pricing was great also. <br />"

"Four people showed up, although the boss told me he would be leaving part way through the morning. My front yard was the focus of the project and they did a good job on it. They trimmed trees and a bush or two. There was a lot of standing around and looking at phones or talking. Five hours into the job, they stopped working altogether (only 15 hours worth). The three stayed in my backyard for another hour, doing nothing, waiting for the boss to come get them. When he returned, as they were packing up to go, I told him they were not done and that that hadn't been working for the last hour and there was still work to be done in my backyard. Some of the work in the back yard was poorly done and trimmings were left at the back of the yard. I told him I had paid for 24 hours of landscaping and outdoor projects, labor only, and I had only gotten 15 hours (plus the 3 1/2 he said he was there) so I was owed more work. He told me he used his own tools and gas and he was done with the hours worked. He said what they did was $1500 worth of work, which I got for $799. That is what I purchased, as described by the Angie's list offering. He said people expect a new house for the $799. I did not expect a new house, I expected 24 hours of solid work and I feel that I got about half that! I feel I have no recourse as I had already paid for the service and because of this I will probably never use Angie's list again!"

"Technician, Boris, was courteous, professional and friendly. He thoroughly checked the machine part and could not identify any problem which would require repair or replacement. He recommended some steps we could take which could most likely eliminate the problem/concern we were experiencing with the machine. Boris requested that if we had any further problem to contact him."

"I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. I called HelloTech for help. They were very understanding of my need for a very complete and fast repair. They were very prompt, diagnosed the issues with my computer, then gave me options on how it could be repaired and modified to accommodate my needs, along with price quotes for each option. "4th year of having Wallis Landscape complete the annual Spring cleanup including edging of beds, leaf removal, light pruning and pine straw application. Jason and crew arrived first thing in the morning and after a brief walk-through of the areas needing special attention, they had it completed in about three hours. "I have no problems with the oil changes. However despite my telling them multiple times, they still don't provide complete service in that they never remind me of items due like 30,000 mile check ups. I purchased a maintenance plan from them but it entails using coupons from a 3rd party. I give them the coupon and they submit it for reimbursement. They could sell more service and provide better service to their customers (I bought my car there) by looking at each individual car record for each call they receive, and remind the caller that they are due for XXx service. Because they don't do this (unlike my previous Honda dealer/car), I have had to cancel and re-schedule visits to allow for all the time needed for all services to be done in one visit.. They need to be more pro-active in taking care of their customers because they are the ones that sold me the maintenance contract. My file should be clearly marked as a reminder. PLUS they couldn't even find me in their files and asked questions such as and quot;are you sure you are not under another name etc.? and quot; I have been widowed 7 years now and transacting business in my own name for 45 years so I do not need sexist remarks such as this, <br />"
