"We awoke to find one of our blue spruces had been blown over by the wind the night before. Fortunately it did not hit the house. After reviewing several companies, I calle Iaria's because I was impressed with his response to an unhappy customer. He showed up in about 45 minutes and provided an estimate for the removal of the two trees and the trimming of a third tree that had damaged limbs from the falling blue spruce. The yard was too soft for the weight of the machine to grind the tree stumps, so he returned three days later and removed the stumps. He requested no money until the job was completed to our satisfaction."

Although 811 had a back-up with screenings, Levi came out the same day that 811 reviewed our property. Levi was professional, looked after our yard and took care of the 7 stumps within 2 hours. Although we had only contracted him to grind down the stumps, he went above and beyond and cleared out a sizable area around the stumps as the roots were all over. Compared to the competition, Levi was priced more fairly, had a much shorter lead time (his competition was booked out 3-4 weeks and were rigid with scheduling), and he was in and out in just 2 hours (his competition quoted 4 hours). "I requested a quote to remove a pine tree and large overgrown wild tree/bush on a Monday and Dale was out the next day to provide a quote.  I got 4 quotes total and his was $45 less than others and since he has great reviews here on AL, I chose A Better Tree & Landscape.  When I called to schedule I was told Dale would call me within a few days to let me know when I could get on the schedule.  Sure enough, he did call and I got scheduled for the following Tuesday.  It was very rainy on Tuesday and he called to let me know because of the rain it would be Wednesday.  I completely understood and appreciated the phone call.  They came on Wed and while he was here I asked for a quote to remove several wild trees that were growing in our existing wood fence.  Since we are replacing our fence this month, I would need him to come back and take those trees down and grind the stumps.  He surprised me by saying he could do it while he was there since that fence was coming down anyway he could get the trees out and get to the stumps.  He gave me a very reasonable price for the additional work and I agreed.  Both guys worked very hard until the job was done.  I walked the property with Dale afterward and everything looked great.  They hauled away everything they cut down and filled in and raked where the holes were from stump grinding.  Other than our lack of trees, you would never even know they were here it was cleaned up so well.  I will be using them again for future needs and would highly recommend.

"Ben and the guys showed up on time, were friendly and professional and did exactly what we asked. There were two old Maples that were growing into each other and another younger tree between plus a dead Ash three. They trimmed the two older Maples and removed the young one and the Ash tree. These guys were awesome. Ground up the stumps and cleaned up everything for much less than the other estimates. Thanks Gus and our grandson thanks you for the donuts."

They did a great job taking the trees down safely, as many of the very large branches were overhanging the house. They also trimmed some branches that were overhanging powerlines and the roof in the back."
