Shawn was VERY professional and thorough. He explained exactly what he saw, so I understood it as well. All of my questions were answered. He communicated very well, and I found him to be of very high integrity. There were no surprises other than a pleasant one: that I did not have a mold problem and did not need their services after all. I highly recommend this professional.
