I had to get a sliding door replaced and also an interior wall removed and they were able to do complete both jobs and both came out exactly how I envisioned it. It started with Bryan and Mark at the intial project planning where they were able to explain to me the differences in style of sliding doors and walk me through exactly different budgeting aspects of the project all the way to when the project was getting executed with Jordan (Project Manager) and all of the subcontracts they had to come help, plumper, electrician, and drywall. They were extremely helpful, responsive and took care of everything. I could not be happier with project went or how it turned out."

Tom was very quick in his response to my initial inquiry...He came out the very next day to do the inspection...Once the job was started both Tom and his workers were very professional making sure they met every need of the job and going above and beyond on the exterior of the house by doing some painting to make sure everything else tied into the work they had done!! "It went fairly well. Anyone getting a roof replaced should expect that it is a messy, loud job with lots of old tile and nails as garbage. Roof was large, complex and leaking. Roofers ripped up old tiles and rails and threw them over the closest roof line. They cleaned up each night as best as they could. New roof went on and was properly done with underlayment, waterproofing, ridge caps, GAF HDZ tiles. Other than finding the odd nail here and there, I have no complaints. Took about a week due to rain, otherwise probably 4-5 days."

"My husband and I had Ferris replace our roof in Oct. 2018, and replace the flooring throughout our downstairs, Dec. 2018. The roofing materials that were installed were defective from the manufacturer. Cory did a fabulous job rectifying this issue when it was called her attention! Cory worked with the manufacturer getting the roofing replaced and did a great job keeping us informed as to her progress with the manufacturer. Once the new materials arrived, Ferris was back at our house within two days to replace the defective materials. We worked with Emily to replace our flooring and she was fantastic as well! Emily was very attentive and answered all of our emails and phone calls very quickly. We had some custom woodworking done with our flooring and everyone from the carpenters and painters were very professional. Everyone from our initial sales staff, to the folks in the showroom and to all of those who worked with us throughout our projects deserve a huge round of applause! We were made to feel that were were Ferris' only client and we are very appreciative of such a wonderful experience!"

"I notice some wet spots on my ceiling in my finished basment and in stairwell to basement. Called Bayside to look at it and another Co. the other co. came same day i called went up in attic said it was my roof vent and gave me a price. So i asked about the whole roof  the guy never went on the roof to inspect just measured from the ground and gave me price.Bayside Roofing (john) called acouple of days later I was out of town so he dealt with my wife, Came out and did afull inspection inside and out took pictures while on the roof and showed them to the wife with a explanation as to what she looking at.He said we could do the repairs for 800.00 but our roof was in bad shape the house being 30 plus yrs old i kind of figured. so he said 5000.00 to do the roof which more than the other guy but the other guy did not look at the roof.so we went with Bayside I was not home he stayed in contact with me. We are very pleased with the outcome and will not hasitate to call them for any repairs that might happen. this is agood roofer Bayside(john) <br />"
