Owner Lynn (yes she really is the lady in the commercials) sets up the schedule and keeps on top of things to ensure that the jobs go well and I’m satisfied. I think I only had one instance where I was unhappy with something (not her fault) and Lynn resolved the issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
