"JK uses a virtual estimate to provide a quote. That's a trick! It's common that the price they quote is a lot lower than what you WILL HAVE to pay to get your stuff. The process was easy, but can say the estimate we received to move across the country was $5,000 higher than 2 large PODs to start. In the end, they ended up adding almost $8,000...b/c they quoted the incorrect weight to start, as well as charging for a smaller truck that we never requested. The moving company that did the physical part, wasn't JK, and they were hard, polite, and great workers! I reached out and begged JK to help with the major increase (added 65% more to the total...and that was NOT budgeted in whatsoever! After numerous requests for ANY $ help, we were told simply "No." I worked with the physical moving company and they offered to help with some of the expenses...JK, Nope, Nadda, & basically told me TOO D*** BAD! DON'T USE THEM FOR ANY QUOTES!"

"First I want to say Mariella is a sweet woman, she was very polite. However, the services rendered were subpar. After cleaning the main bathroom I went to inspect and I noticed that the tables were still sticky, there was hair on the toilet, there was hair in the toilet, there was hair in the bathtub, and the bathtub was not cleaned evenly. So, when she started the second bathroom I told her, they services were no longer needed and I would pay her for what she already completed. She said alright and started remove the products from the bathtub. She had already put a cleaning solution in the bathtub so she proceeded to take her broom to brush the product down the drain. I was horrified. That is when I realized that she use the broom to sweep the mat and to scrub the bathtub which was the reason why the bathtub wasn’t clean properly and there was hair everywhere. I would not recommend her services nor will I be booking again."
