"I have extensive damage to my lawn due to moles, so I needed to have the whole lawn reseeded. I decided to have the lawn aerated with their two direction aerator and then seeded. They said your lawn would be thick come spring time and would have very few if any weeds. They were right, grass even grew in shaded areas that would never take shade seed. They left you with a small bag of sun seed and small bag of shade seed to touch up any areas that need some attention. Very happy with the results. I used a little of the shade seed in the spring and that was all."

"I Hired Kinetic Resources after having several other companies out to evaluate and quote the job. We needed grading first and foremost, but we were also in the market for lawn care and maintenance. After discussing the grading job, I asked the owner about his lawn care plan. Brett definitely knows his stuff! The prices are competitive and in line with other local lawn care companies. By the time he was done talking, I knew that he was the guy I wanted for the entire property, both grading and annual lawn care. No other company I talked to spent that amount of time with us, no other lawn care employee or rep explained so much, in incredible detail. No other company we had out could do everything we needed, eliminating the need to have several companies out to get the end result desired. I really appreciated Brett's vast knowledge of various aspects of lawn care, his willingness to share tips with us for best results, and for informing us that certain services we were prepared to pay for would not be necessary, therefore saving us money. I also like that when it comes time to redesign our front mulch/garden area with retaining walls, that he would able to do the work as well - one stop shopping! Brett is so personable and clearly a seasoned professional. Kinetic Resources came out first to eliminate the weeds. We have security cameras around the perimeter of our home, so even though I was not home at the time, I could see (and hear) that they were doing what they said they would do, and were being respectful of our property. The results showed within the week. During the next visit, Brett and his team came out to grade, aerate, and overseed. They delivered exactly what they promised and I was happy with the results. We're two weeks in and the yard is coming along quite nicely. We just received the results of our soil sample, taken at the first visit, and with that, Kinetic Resources has a plan to prepare our yard for the winter and into Spring. I have faith in Brett and his team at Kinetic Resources. We are so eager for a beautifully graded, green and plush, weed-free lawn and can already see the fruits of their labor. "I had searched for landscapers who dealt with small jobs such as trimming bushes because I had limited funds. Mr. Enriquez from Enriquez Remodeling and Landscaping was quick to respond to my request and made an appointment to see me the next day. He was courteous, respectful and professional. I showed him a few of the bushes that required trimming, however, he offered to trim all the bushes on the property at a very reasonable price stating that he wanted to get the job done right and had worked within my budget. I explained I needed the bushes trimmed first because my husband and I had planned on weeding and mulching the bush in a small area in the front after they finished their work. He quoted me a reasonable price that included both the weeding and mulching that we could not refuse. The crew was top notch. We were impressed with the work they had done. They did an excellent job cleaning up when the job was finished. The bushes were professionally trimmed and provided a beautifully appearance to my front yard. They did a beautiful job on the entire landscaping project and went above and beyond my expectations. They had revived my front lawn. Somehow they could determine where the old areas were mulched before and create a better shape than the original. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with their work. Our yard had not looked so great."
