"Premier was great to work with. Very communicative when scheduling, gathering quotes and learning about roofing options and warranties. Their scheduler (Samantha), the sales rep (Mike), and owner (Ricardo Yuly) were all nice to speak with and very accommodating to questions. Company offered several options in regards to shingles and warranties, and they explained the differences and associated pricing. They also offered several payment options. The installation team arrived on time and was courteous, including contacting us before they parked to ensure we can move our car if needed. The work was done timely and well including clearing the old roof, installing the new roof, and cleaning debris."

"When Mr. Parker arrived to do the estimate, he was very punctual and professional, and seemed like a great guy. They were able to get to my repair faster than estimated, and the crew that came to do the job was great.  The roofer named Coffee was knowledgeable and has been with Mr. Parker's company for many years. Coffee found some additional damage which was hidden by the shingles when doing the repair, and asked me what I wished to do. I told him to fix it, and he did. <br /> The only reason I gave the price a rating of B is because I didn't get any other estimates, as Kevin's Roofing was the first one contacted and they came out immediately to give the first estimate. I didn't have any other estimates to compare to, but feel that what was done was worth the cost. The job did cost more than the initial estimate due to additional hidden damage, which I'm glad they found and were able to repair the same day. <br /> All in all I am very happy with the work done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and will recommend them to others. When my roof needs replacing, they will be the first I call. <br />"

"We just had my home's worn out cedar exterior completely renovated (Oct 2023). Went out to bid and Macbeth was the only company that met my requirements and budget. Had all new pre-painted Hardee Plank siding, new windows, doors (both double and single), eaves, seamless gutters with leaf guards. 21 new doors and windows that work flawlessly. Window shutters as well. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks to my 110% satisfaction. These guys are experienced professionals that pay attention to every detail and the customer. They adhered to every detail of the Hardee plank specifications and even installed all my new exterior lights. Ripped off all cedar siding, then encased entire house with plywood, then Hardee moisture wrap and taping, finally the Hardee siding and trim. Thorough cleanup. Very highly recommended. It is very important to go with a company that does it all. The others only did siding or doors and windows but not both, but it's very important that both get done simultaneously to have the perfect outcome. Next job is deck replacement, going with Macbeth again, wont go anywhere else."

"Our experience has been the best possible. My wife and I could not recommend them more highly. We were originally referred by a housing contractor who did major revisions to our house in 2008. He has worked with Affordable for many years. We used Affordable originally for some relatively minor roof repairs and were very satisfied. They made no attempt to upsell us to additional work or full roof replacement, and their costs were very reasonable. So when our chimney was hit by lightning last year, also damaging our roof, we naturally called them first. They offered us the option of just repairing the roof or replacing it. Since our roof was over 20 years old, we chose replacement. The job was done on-time and within the very reasonable price that they had quoted us, with no surprise addons. Their staff, both office and onsite, are very helpful, informative, respectful and personable. The onsite staff worked efficiently, without interrupting us at all, and did a truly excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. "They were great.  The workers were polite, showed up on time and got the work done in a timely manner.  I have an old house so they often ran into issues that required discussions and decisions from me.  I was hesitant about getting siding as I did not want to change the character of the house, but Paul Henry assured me that he had done a lot of old houses and the siding he recommended would look great.  He showed me pictures of other houses.  He also was able to obtain the type of shutters that I wanted on the house.  I hated to part with my old windows but we were freezing to death as the wind just whistled through them.  I love the new windows!  Between the new windows and the insulation under the siding, we now have a warm house.  I have recommended Paul Henry to many friends.  I had a window that cracked for some unknown reason years after the installation and there was no problem with getting a replacement.  The only thing I was not satisfied with was the gutter installation.  Paul Henry used a subcontractor to do the gutters and I did not like them.  The gutters were not installed properly and have not held up. <br />"

"BUYER BEWARE. At first things went well. We had filed with our insurance company because of damage from the storms last spring. After agreeing to a contract with a young co-owner of the company who we came to respect and trust, the roof on our house and garage were replaced. They also put a roof vent on and needed to add vented soffits. Since some of the gutters were bad, we also had them replace them to avoid damage to the new roof, but learned that the areas where they were attached were rotted in some places. The partner who was supposed to be onsite to supervise sat in his car smoking the when he was here with an unsurprising result. Some, but not all of the soffits were replaced with vented ones. Debris, including nails that were to have been cleaned up were not, resulting in a foot injury for my dog. Over the coming months different people showed up at different times. One, apparently another partner, suggested wrapping the front wood on the garage near the roof. I said that would probably be a good idea, then the young man with whom we had agreed to the initial contract emailed me to say how much it would cost and I said that I did not want to do that. UNFORTUNATELY, I agreed to a contract that had a price per foot for fascia and fascia wrap, and mistakenly assumed based on the heads up on the garage that if the price was significant, I would be so informed before replacement started. BIG MISTAKE. I was sent a bill for $1825 for gutters and fascia and $2117.50 for the "services" of the fascia and fascia wrap. I also didn't stay outside for all the work and stop them, as I wasn't feeling well. I NEVER would have agreed to that, especially since almost all of the replaced fascia was on the garage. The young man had to come out himself to get the soffits done correctly and get all the nails picked up. All I can add is cavaet emptor, latin for let the buyer beware!"

Ed is highly attentive to his customers. As a homeowner, this is one of our first "BIG" purchases. We were very nervous about the process, and frustrated already because we had several roofing companies no show or not even return our phone calls. Performance Home Improvement, was very quick to come out and provide an estimate at a fair price. Ed has a very friendly personality and immediately put us at ease with his demeanor, attentiveness and patience. All of his employees that performed the work were great! They did a great job performing the work and the clean-up was very thorough. I am so happy that we decided to go with Performance Home Improvement, it was the right decision! "Excellent on all counts! I had my house cleaned years ago, but after No More Dirty Roofs cleaned my home it looked like I just had it painted. They even got the ugly stains off of the gutters, cleaned the front porch, back deck and all the windows are clean. I had black mold on my roof that had begun to grow moss. They scrubbed the roof clean! The trim on my home is cream color and I was speechless when I came home from work and saw it looking like new. The sidewalk was so thick in black mold and mildew stains I was ready to tear it up and install a new walk, but after they cleaned and pressure washed the sidewalk it was almost like new. "offers Scott (Beranek) just left my house literally minutes ago and the first thing I did was run to my laptop to enter a review in Angie's List.  I've never done that before.  Ever.  That's how good Visa Properties LLC and Scott are!  <br /> Need a handyman/home repair services from time to time.  I needed handicap bars put in my shower for a visit being made by my aging parents.  I had procrastinated because I had no idea of who I could get to install them properly, and that alone intimidated me.  Time ran out so when at Home Depot to purchase the bars, I went to their service desk to inquire about arranging for someone to do the work.  Scott just happened to be standing behind me when I was talking to the home depot employee.  He (Scott) was recommended by the home depot employee, who said I couldn't find anyone better.  Having heard those words before, I was skeptical but needed the work done immediately so I took a chance. <br /> I will never get anyone else but Vista Properties to do work for me.  Scott was busy on a large job and I work in Washington DC'; our schedules for getting this accomplished within 48 hours could have been an issue.  Not for Scott!  He was willing - and I do mean willing - to take care of me and we agreed to a 6 pm meet time. <br /> Not only did Scott faithfully communicate with me via text messages, I ended up keeping him waiting!  He showed up 30 minutes early and yet wasn't upset when I hadn't quite gotten off the train yet.  He has a great personality, exhibits outstanding professionalism, offers a level of customer service rarely seen in home improvement/handyman type situations, and, most important of all, he,was true to his word every step of the way.  Even my overly protective dog stopped barking and let him work in peace.  Now when your dog gives his/her "good housekeeping seal of approval", well... need I say more? <br /> You will not go wrong hiring Scott or his company.  I already have plans to hire him again for home improvements I never thought I could afford to do.  His excellent workmanship is matched only by his fair and affordable pricing.  Scott and Vista Properties LLC have my business 100%! <br />"
