"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. "I thought the work needed was way to expensive compared to other estimates I received who were willing to do the same thing with one exception (adding a closet door).  Even if that was not a factor, I would have thought they were way to expensive for me. My bathroom is very small.  I had a friend of mines have her bathroom done and it was very upscale with all the trimmings.  Her bathroom is twice the size of mines and it cost her only $10,000 to get it done.  I don't want fancy or upscale (lack of better term) just nice.  So I thought the price was a bit much.   I think they are a reputable company, just not for me.  Overall, the absolute deciding factor was how many "questions" were asked that I thought were to personal (where do I work, what do I do, etc).  I intensely dislike this!  Even if the price was great, I would have said, "no" because of that alone!  He probably meant no harm, but due to the time we live in, it is a little spooky when people ask you questions such as these that you don't really know.  It's not that I can't afford to pay the estimated price, I just choose not to.  I want to have both bathrooms done at some point,  but not at $24,000 (estimate).  My bathrooms are small.  If they were larger I could understand.  But they are small.  Again, I do feel this is a reputable company, but I just didn't want to pay that price for a small bathroom nor do I like personal questions from people I don't really know."
