"Shaine answered my Angi inquiry immediately and scheduled a no-cost home visit and assessment. I have a heat lamp/light/fan unit in the ceiling of my bathroom, and the fan was making a dying noise. After inspecting the unit, Shaine discussed a few options with me. The unit was installed in 1990 and the model has been discontinued. Shaine researched online and found a source for a similar unit, then did a second home visit and replaced the unit. He worked quickly and expertly to change the dimensions of the ceiling opening and do the installation. The unit works beautifully now!! "Vince reviewed our property and the work that needed to be done.  In 2 days he contacted us with his estimate.  We felt his price was very fair and hired him for the job.  He was able to get to us quickly since we were worried about the spindly tree or the neighbors overhanging tree falling on our house during the upcoming winter storms.  His crew moved any yard decorations, solar lights, planters, or anything else that might get broken.  We have artificial turf under the tall tree and were afraid it would be damaged.  Vince's crew was able to cut the large limbs and ease them to the ground without harming the turf.  We had another small tree that needed removed that my husband was going to take out. Since they were able to get to our work so quickly he didn't have time to remove the tree.  Vince's crew took it out for us at no extra charge even though it wasn't in the original estimate.  With all the work that needed to be done and the clean up his crew was able to do everything in one day. They worked quickly and efficiently.  They were thorough in cleaning up all the debris and even took out old leaves that had fallen under the hedges.  They swept up any leaves or debris that were left on the yard, concrete, and driveway.  They were also very careful around our pool area.  These guys worked very much as a team in accomplishing the task while keeping safety in mind.

"Jorge, Mauro and the team at Viking Pavers did an excellent job installing a new patio and walkway in my backyard. They dug up the old, broken concrete, leveled the ground and put in McNear Cobblestone Charcoal and Tan pavers. What a difference! My yard is starting to look less like the Sanford & Son scene I inherited when I bought the house.
They were flexible when I had them rearrange the pattern bit which took extra time, but all in all they finished it in two days. They kept the communication lines open and were easy to get a hold of. I'd call them again and am hoping to have them do my front walkway and steps next.
