I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

I can't say enough for their good work and positive attitude, given that the weather was frigid, they were pulled to fill in for another crew, and I wanted all the screens to be labeled (I followed him and labeled them myself).
