"The original cleaner I hired for an apartment move-out cancelled on me at the LAST minute. I found Diane who responded right away. And the next day she and I got to the apartment just before the manager came to change the locks! She completely cleaned my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in a short amount of time and it looked sparkling! She’s such a sweet lady, too. I will definitely use her again!"

"We hired Sissi company to first remove mold from our roof shaded by a big tree. Lewis did a great job and sprayed chlorine in the end to kill the mold that were hard to remove. We then hired him to paint our outside wooden wall. Lewis painted quite carefully and respected and accommodated our requests. After this work done, he did basement waterproofing project for us as well. It saved our basement from flooding during this winter. In the end, Lewis also fixed our water sink sewage pipe and several lights in the house. Lewis is also a very friendly guy and he charged reasonably. I strongly recommend him."

"We have had Mary's clean our house for about 6 months now. David and his crew are very professional and always come on time and do a great job. We had a bad experience the first time we tried a different cleaning service, and we thought we'd try one more time by checking Angie's List. Glad we did, Mary's Cleaning has been great. David has even been very patient when we accidentally left our alarm on (OOPS!) and waited patiently while waiting for us to come home and turn off that horrible sound. Quality of work is always great."

"They did a great job of cleaning the carpet. I did not expect them to charge me extra for sanitizing. There were a couple of spots on the stairs and I they went back and hand scrubbed them. They were punctual and they were easy to work with."

FAQs for walls & ceilings cleaning service projects in Freeman, MO

Plan on a light wall wash about once a month to keep dust, grease, and stains from settling in. If you have already hired a house-cleaning crew, which costs $15 to $40 per hour, ask them to incorporate this task into their regular visit. Most companies discount 15% to 20% when routine wall washing replaces an occasional, more labor‑intensive deep clean.

The best approach to cleaning walls depends on the type of paint you have. For oil-based finishes, mix warm water, a few drops of dish soap, and a splash of white vinegar. Then, wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth and rinse it thoroughly. Latex paint is more delicate—vacuum first, then use a dry sponge to lift any lingering dirt. Both methods preserve the finish without leaving streaks.

Drying is non‑negotiable after washing your walls. Leaving walls damp invites streaks, water spots, and even mold. After wiping, follow up with a clean towel, then use a squeegee or a box fan to remove the remaining moisture. Completely dry walls stay brighter and resist damage such as peeling, warping, or mildew growth.

Nicotine stains cling to walls and need a heavy‑duty approach. Cleaning professionals charge $200 to $1,000 to strip away the sticky residue with commercial degreasers, intensive scrubbing, and thorough rinsing. The service not only lifts the yellow film but also erases lingering odors, leaving the surface fresh and paint‑ready.
