"This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We contracted (verbally) with him in May after we received a quote for our projects of $650. He /his assistant did a few projects. He suggested that they come and complete other projects as they had time. We requested they wait until a later date, which was agreeable to them. Once we contacted them again, there was a complete lack of communication and focus on our project. I have text messages that show that he was unresponsive to our communications time and time again. Once he did contact us, he had a huge list of life issues, which were not acceptable as they were his problem not ours (as he agreed). He then set up a final time which he guaranteed but then consequently canceled due to another personal need. I asked for a final itemized bill. When I received it, it was almost the amount he initially quoted. However, the major projects that were quoted were never done. He refused to accommodate this in our bill."

"I would not recommend this company. The crew arrived late, did not work efficiently, and left an hour early. There was also a lot of time spent walking around without actually working. My project specifically involved large weed removal, which was agreed upon in advance. However, partway through the job, I was told they couldn't complete that portion because there wasn’t room in the trailer—despite there being available space in both the trailer and the back of the truck, especially if tarps had been used. Instead, the team shifted to removing small weeds (which I didn’t need), stating they had to fill the 8 hours per Eric, the owner. Our contract clearly outlined 8 hours of labor, and the $250 trailer fee for removal was supposed to be separate from that work time. Despite this, the crew left early, saying they needed time to drop off the trailer. I reached out to Eric three times and requested that the team return to complete the job as agreed or to issue a partial refund. He has not responded. (Ironically, he was very responsive when securing the job—something echoed in other reviews.)"

"We spent almost $40k with Mark just to put my project in perspective. Blames others and fails to fulfill his responsibility. Oversaw the irrigation installation and laid sod in my front yard. Plenty of sod died and had to be replaced. I personally dig up dead evergreens and bushes and replaced them. It required 3 separate adjustments to my bill to get it right. Plants sat In their pots and he billed me for them. The plants died and I had to clean it up. I am a very disappointed client and I would not recommend for any kind of work at my property.
