He responds the same day, always- within an hour. John is brilliant. Genius designer. He was present on our job multiple times a day for the duration. He is meticulous. We called him to return to do the job again and we have to say he continues to provide the Best Landscape Maintenance Experience Imaginable. They worked non stop for three hours and made the property look as if we had just moved in. An INCREDIBLE job. They were completely professional, prompt, and thorough.
