"Serviceman was right on time. Before cleaning the inside of my fireplace, as well as the gas logs, he laid a blanket down so no dust could get on my floor or furnishings. He noticed that the logs were set a little too close to the front, then adjusted the log rack so the gas could flow better through the logs. He also noted that the gas pipe was at the correct length to the logs. Next, he went outside and did an inspection of the chimney by getting on the roof. Except for a slight crack in the caulking around the cap there were no problems. The caulking was not something that required repair at this time. This serviceman was very professional in doing his job, in cleaning up after his inspection, and in the information he gave. I will call this company again."

"My wife and I had our roof replaced by Jon Wright Industries. GAF Architectural Shingles replaced the 24 year old three tab shingles which often blew off. The installation crew did an exceptional job. We haven’t lost any of the GAF shingles. Our house is one story with an attached three car garage and we have a framed and finished outbuilding, over 7,000 square feet of shingles per the EagleView report. We recommended Jon Wright Industries to our next door neighbor who used them to replace their roof and was happy with our recommendation. We received a call from Jon Wright after our work completed because he wanted to verify we were satisfied. "Quite well--pleased with outcome. This was a complex job, three-story mansard-roofed townhome with lots of detail in the mansards (multiple dormers) and limited ladder access. Richard Martinez, the owner, handles sales, communications, and job-site coordination. He is personable, dead-aim honest, and professes high standards. Communication is the weak suit, as everything goes through his cell phones and it can take a while to get responses. My four estimates covered a 2-fold range, and his was fair and competitive. The job took longer than projected (two days plus a QA check by Richard). This was a pro-active, out-of-pocket property upgrade that I spent a long time on. I'm glad that the job is finished, glad that I hired StarTech. We have not yet had any heavy rains, but I look forward to years of tight and dry service."
