"Anthony did a good job, was very responsive to all my requests. He had to send his crew back two times because they did not check with us before leaving and there were some things left unfinished, but he sent them back and made a big effort to make sure we were happy at the end. My only small complaint is that we had to make sure the crew didn’t take shortcuts, they kept trying to get away with the minimum work and we had to keep pointing things that seemed very obvious, however, once we asked for them, they addressed them. Over all, it was a great experience and we will be going back to Anthony if we ever need help with any tree or landscaping."

"They did some bed clean out for us. They did some snow removal for us and they put in a natural looking retaining wall and stairs. They also did some tree trimming as well. The stairs are actually done with big rock. <br /> <br /> They did rock stairs and a retaining wall out of rock. There was an erosion problem there that they were correcting and the area was too steep. They tied all of our draining pipes together and ran the piping underground so it wouldn't be washing out the area anymore."

"I stopped by this place of business to check on purchasing a load of mulch to use around berry bushes. The older gentleman I spoke with was courteous and professional and asked me to wait to speak with the owner, Jason. I did. He came within 5 minutes and showed me the mulch he thought would work well for my needs. So far, so good. He said he could bring it right away since I was so close and he was waiting on a truck to come. He showed up within 20 minutes and I showed him where I was going to use the mulch. He had a large truck with a dump bed and I was concerned if he could get his truck down to the field or if it would need to be dumped up closer to the barn where the last load was dumped. He and I walked down to the spot and I showed him where I thought it was soft in the field. He walked back to his truck and begin backing through my yard and got hung up within 30 feet. He dug big ruts and finally got out and demanded to know if I had a tractor. I went down to the barn to get the tractor and told him there was a chain in the barn close to the greenhouses. He tried to hook the chain on my 6 ft tiller that was attached to the back of my tractor and I wasn't willing for him to do that. I was afraid it wasn't safe and I didn't want him to tear up my tiller. He told me to turn it around and he would hook it to the front. I did and he grumbled about my chain being too large to go through the hooks on the front of the tractor. I took about 30 minutes of my time and my equipment to get him out of where he got his truck stuck in my yard. He never once said, " thank you for pulling me out" or " I'm sorry I got my truck hung up in your yard." I had to walk back down to the other barn to get my check book. I wrote him a check for the mulch and the $40 delivery fee. The more I thought about the way he acted, the more unhappy I became. I went back over to his place of business and again, the older gentleman was there. He was courteous, sorry that happened and said he would talk to Jason about sending someone over to repair my yard. About an hour later, Jason called me and wanted to know why I came back over there. I told him I had huge ruts in my yard and wanted to know what could be done about it. Well, he just went off telling me it was my fault the ruts were there because of where I said I wanted the mulch. I reminded him that's why we walked the route because I wasn't sure if he could get down there. He is suppose to be the professional. I don't know how his truck maneuvers. At the time, he said it would be fine, but when he got his truck stuck within a few yards of getting off my driveway, it was suddenly my fault. He started screaming on the phone at me - yelling about how I backed the tractor, how he "didn't make any money off me" and he wasn't doing anything about it. WOW! I thought I certainly don't need this in my life and I'm not going to be treated like this, so I hung up the phone in the middle of his screaming. I would never recommend this company with a volatile owner like this. I'm so glad he was on the phone and not still at my home. It was frightening how he acted on the phone. I can only imagine how it could have been if he were at my home. <br />"
