We utilize both hot and cold wash skids which gives us the ability to tackle any job presented to us. We use both standard pressure & softwashing applications depending on the project at hand and it’s requirements. For asphalt roofs, we use a dedicated low pressure roof cleaning system that sprays at an extremely low 60psi. This type of system is the only cleaning method approved by shingle manufacturers, and it won’t damage the crystals or void the shingle warranty. Masonry cleaning (concrete, brick, limestone, tile) is an art in itself. It takes a precise knowledge and cleaning method to clean these surfaces without damaging the cream of the concrete or the joints of other types of masonry. We have that knowledge and the right tools to clean it properly. Wood cleaning (decks, porches, fencing) isn’t a project for an unskilled individual. Wood is very easily damaged if you use too much pressure or, the wrong detergents can change the ph of the wood preventing a proper penetration of stain/sealer. This is only one area where years of training pays off. Not only can we clean that deck or fence, we can seal or stain it as well.
