"Great crew, easy to work with in my house. They worked in masks at our request, if you have covid concerns. My only slight negative is that their exterior wash technique doesnâ t get your windows quite as sparkling as a good hand scrub."

"Very impressed with the results of the work. House, porches, walks haven't been this clean in a long time. I was worried about the effect the soaping mixture might have on shrubs but there was no problem. The man really knows what he is doing!"

"I cannot say enough about Hortensia. I called well in advance to make an appointment, and despite 8" of snow the night before, they still arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment time. We had arranged for three people for two hours. I was quoted $180 for this which is less than what is shown on the website. We had not had our house professionally cleaned in quite some time, and I told the office that we would be willing to pay for more time. They did stay for three hours in the end and we were told it would be $65 for the extra hour which was fine. As for the service, we are more than happy. Everything is very clean, and they did things we did not expect like clean the inside of our windows. We were unable to remove some things, but they moved things and cleaned under and replaced the items where they were. We had put some items on bed to clear up surfaces, and they actually took those items off beds, made the beds and then put them back. Everything looks beautiful. They even made beautiful roses out of the tissues on the top of our tissue boxes. Nice touch! I would absolutely recommend this service for anyone looking for professional house cleaning."

"Great. Mike was thorough, efficient, and listened carefully. He was very interested in figuring out what was wrong. My fireplace had been shutting off intermittently. Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has. If not, I will certainly ask for him to return and replace the suspected bad part. All in all, highly recommended."

"I never have to think about my house being clean anymore — they're there every other Tuesday like clockwork"

"On time, very clean, very nice, and great work! Will use them again in the future"

"Al came out to my house to clean the chimney. He was very nice and was easy to work with. He showed me the brush they used to clean the house chimney. He knew exactly what to do and went over the whole process with me. He is an asset to your company. I would recommend him to any of my friends that needed to get their chimneys cleaned. When I need to get my chimney cleaned again I will certainly contact him. Thank you for having a really good service technician and a great person to come out to your home ."
