"I hired them for their high ratings, even though they are bit pricey.I was asked for number of bedrooms and was given a quote for 3 hours of work by 2 maids , however when the 2 cleaners came, they had finished only one level of the house in 3 hours and I was asked to pay extra for the next hour to complete rest of the house which was not discussed. Overall cleaning quality is good. Windows were cleaned well.Garbage bags were not put back would be my only issue."

Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has. If not, I will certainly ask for him to return and replace the suspected bad part. All in all, highly recommended."
