"It could not have gone better. They pulled the walls back in and secured them making me feel very safe! They removed the wall and created the space I was looking for. In my opinion...if you need help with your home or want to build a new one...you seriously need to call Reliable Builders!! Billy worked very hard to put together a plan I could really wrap my arms around. When we agreed what would work for my situation (and believe me when I say there were MANY challenges with this house), they came out and within two days they completed the work. "He constantly had his people go above and beyond to make sure everything in the entire room matched up- meaning he didn't just do the affected area. he painted the entire room's moldings, he cleaned the entire room's tile, he made sure the seals were redone in the bathroom. He was a true professional. Especially is how careful he was in getting all the details needed for the estimate for our insurance company and for us. We had 3 different companies come out, including Servpro and they couldn't even get all their estimates from one person to give me a full estimate. Rapid Response gives you a complete and full estimate and he deals with the other contractors, not you. So you don't have any other headaches to deal with. It was a breeze dealing with Rapid Response! I recommend them to anyone who needs anything done with water cleanup!

"Fantastic, wonderful, beautiful, we love his work. It can get a little pricey - however they are picky about their work, they clean up after themselves, and they do drive in from another town to work here - and gas was expensive when he was doing all this work. I consult him for ideas, he is honest in his discussions with me. Sometimes we kind of have an open end, not knowing what will happen in this house - if it is possible it will happen in the "money pit". It happens to us, and we do a lot of our own work, so when John finds something, it does not surprise us. He had a sawing accident with the saw while cutting a new door - now discussions or questions, he ordered a new door and will be installing it when it arrives. I actually was trying to figure out if we could still use it where he was to install it - he said, no, it was a bad cut, it needs to be done right! As I said above we have been gone when he has done that last two jobs - when we come home we absolutely love what he has done, the rooms are complete transformations, the bad walls are a thing of the past. Most importantly, we trust him explicitly in our home, with our keys, and our garage opener. It actually works out great to not be here with all this work going on. He is a perfectionist, if you let him be, and so am I - we work good together. What I mean by that last comment is - some people just want the room painted, fill the nail holes, and go on, they ignore bulging cracked bad walls. We can't, it will more than likely get worse, as it has while we have owned the home. Fix it now, in the end it will pay off. I can't really say enough about he and his workers (one) work!"

"They were very professional, but also friendly and provided information that I felt would be useful going forward. The Log Doctors arrived exactly on time. They kept me informed as to their ETA as I was leaving work to meet them at the house. They moved the heavier items inside the home in order to place plastic on the inside of the exterior walls...just in case any media would find its way into the house (fortunately my home is very well sealed and no issues with that). They also removed the downspouts, plant hooks and any decor attached to the exterior. They put everything back in its original place. Even moved the porch furniture back and hung the porch swing even though I had removed those items prior to their arrival. The quality of the work was amazing. I was given options if there was more than one alternative; for example after the media blasting began David explained I could elect not to add the colored stain if I preferred the finish to remain more the natural white pine color. i did need to go ahead with the color as there was sun damaged areas that blended in better with the color added. The damage from carpenter bees and then woodpeckers was repaired as well as upward facing cracks. These were never sealed initially so this was over due. Everything looked very professional and the work was of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend and would use this company again. They kept an eye on my two dogs and let them in / out as needed. I left the door unlocked to allow them access to a restroom and felt totally comfortable with that as I was not home most of the time they were there. This company cares about performing the job to the best of their ability."
