"They did a very good job.  The front walkway sloped toward the house and they were able to raise it up.  The pool deck was much harder and they did the best the could, but the dirt under it continued to settle.  I was happy with their work and the cost was much less than pouring new concrete. <br /> I don't really remember the price. <br />"

"Over the past three months I have had two major projects completed by The Premier Handyman and extremely pleased with the results of both. The first project was an update to my garage. Patched Sheetrock holes, installed a new attic ladder, installed LED lights, paint, etc. The second project was a major overhaul of my guest bathroom. Jeff and Chad (who also completed the garage) did everything but tear out at the Sheetrock. New floor, toilet, vanity, vent fan, lights, wall cabinet, and lastly paint. Both jobs were executed well and on time. This involved replacing carpet with vinyl plank flooring, some framing/drywall work, painting, tiling, etc. As always Mark and his crew did a great job. "I had a gravel driveway installed in 2019 that was done incorrectly. The pitch was done incorrectly and no drainage was put in, so my driveway was washing away and there were lots of deep divots making the driveway nearly impassable. I also happen to live on a significant slope. Chuck and his team corrected the pitch of the driveway and put drainage in. After very heavy rains, additional work needed to be done and he came out again to make some corrections. Most contractors would never do this. Now, my driveway is not being washed out, and the rain is being diverted to a safe location away from the house thanks to a drainage path. Chuck did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of, and is the most honest contractor I have ever worked with. I appreciated his diligence in making sure the job was done right and within my budget."

"Excellent! The best part was that they did a great job water proofing the basement and there was a lifetime transferable guarantee on it. The worst part was having it done because they had to jerk around the concrete all the way around the basement, and that wasn't pleasant and there's no way you can make that pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone. They were bright and the person who initially came out to look at the job and to give me an estimate on it was really very good and I could always call him directly if I had any questions or issues."
