The owner contacted me very quickly and we decided that removing and capping the valve would be the best course of action. He said he could start later that day but in the mean time I was having another pool related project done and that person was able to repair the fill valve so I didn't need the plumber after all. "Really nice people and I would recommend them with some notes and I would use them again... that being said: <br /> The estimate was great, though we were a little bit wary having to pay half of the money half way through the job so that supplies could be purchased for the second half. I went over in detail with the owner as to where the fence should run, how tall it needed to be as there was an issue along the back of the property, and how quickly it needed to be done.  <br /> Problem 1 - Each time I corrected an issue like having a post moved to make the fence even and level, I was told that it was alright, but I was "changing my mind". If you hire this company, be very clear about what you want and make sure you make a diagram. <br /> Problem 2 - One of the posts was very loose. It was one of the longer posts along the back of my property and the post was repaired, but the fact that it wasn't done right the first time is a little off putting. If you plan to use them, just be sure to check the work at the mid way point, not after the work is done. <br /> Problem 3 - One run of fence was totally out of level. Again, the problem was fixed, but it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. The owner was out of town so his workers were not supervised. Again, it was fixed promptly. If you decide to use them, you might want to be home and keeping an eye out. This was not an option for me for most of the project. <br /> Again, if you address these three points from the get go, have a diagram, check the work and address issues while the work is being done, and keep an eye on things start to finish, this company is well worth the price. You do get what you pay for. <br />"
