After watching patches fail, seams open, and decking rot, and water leaking into my garage, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and inquire about flat-roof repair/replacement. I explored five different companies to do my repair. Of the 5, the smoothest communication was with Peter Evans of Alliance Roofing. I'm a detail oriented person, and this fix HAD to be flawless. Furthermore I can smell BS from a mile away. I diligently watched a team of 2-4 workers come to my house over 6 days and systematically remove my old roof, clean, replace rotten decking, and restore the sub-surface before adding the minor sloping we needed to redirect water, and finishing off the roof. A few times I'd go up there and discuss with Peter the status, and remind them of certain areas critical to fix flawlessly. He and his team understood and completed the job in a very professional and complete manner. I was very satisfied with the approach, attention to detail, communication, and quality of this job. I approach all things in my personal and professional life with integrity, and I feel I found that with Alliance Roofing. It was not the cheapest estimate, but certainly VERY reasonable amongst the four others I'd received, especially considering the quality of the workmanship and communication of this company and their project leader, Mr Evans. They put a great deal of effort into flashing, appearance, and achieving the goals we established for this roof replacement. I'm excitedly awaiting the next major rain-storm, because I want to see the new roof and slope work as designed, and because I don't feel anxiety over leaks anymore. "I leaked the roof of my new addition and hired All Available Roofing, LLC to repair it. After inspecting the roof, the owner told me the entire roof needed to be replaced. He also said the rolled roof over my patio had to be replaced because the plywood underneath was rotting. One of the main reasons I agreed to the work was his promise of a lifetime guarantee, which is written directly on the invoice. The work was started and completed in early November 2025. The crew did everything listed on the invoice, and at the time, I had no issues with the workmanship or materials. I received an invoice on November 8 for $14,072.50 ($13,000 plus $1,072.50 tax) and paid it in full by check on November 10, 2025. We had no leaks until March 2026. I contacted him on March 7, and two of his workers came out on March 9. They did something on the roof, but I was never told what was done, even after following up and asking for an explanation. The roof leaked again on April 11, 2026. I texted him with no response. I called on April 13, 2026, and received an automated message stating that his number was no longer accepting calls. "All contact with company was on-time and well conducted. Bid was simple, and complete and very competitive dollar-wise compared to others whose bids were less than clear or complete. Work was done quickly and looks great. Cleanup was good. Angelo, more times than I could count asked if there were any questions or concerns. The few questions I had were well answered. Roof repairs can be expensive, but in this case, you get what you pay for- quality. Service after repairs? That is an unknown- hope to not have to explore such and currently see no reason to expect any issues to occur, but IF ever needed, I believe he would jump at the opportunity to correct what ever was needed.
