Once again, Carl and his team were prompt, responsive, and did not leave the site until confirming we were 100% happy with the work. The project was completed in the exact time frame that we were quoted. The attention to detail in the build also exceeded our expectations. Even though the shutters were added years after our original build, they look as though they were a part of the original design. "Terrible! This company is beyond arrogant -- I do not think it is unreasonable to know when a service company will be on my property. A simple heads-up was a huge deal to get started and even then, they may show up a day later after I've relocked the gates. Calls were not returned when trying to schedule additional service; then the customer service manager over-talked me and argued with me that calls were returned when I discontinued service. Unbelievable! Go somewhere else!"
