"The pro has been servicing our Mclean property quite well for a couple of years. Our lawn looks good and we are satisfied with the service. The customer service is sometimes underwhelming but it gets the job done at a reasonable cost which is really becoming harder by the day to get."

"Inspection and treatment was done in March, 2019. In march, 2020, I paid the $125 annual renewal fee for inspection, treatment, and protection. Never heard a word from Loyal the rest of the year. In March, 2021, I received and invoice for another annual renewal and called to find out exactly what I was paying for. I was told it was for inspection and treatment and protection, and as soon as my payment was received they would call me to set up an appointment for the service rep. I paid another $125 fee and as of this writing cannot even get Loyal to respond to my numerous attempts to contact them. I have called via phone, attempted to email, posted on their FB page, and written and mailed a letter via USPS to no avail. Loyal has been and remains totally unresponsive to any attempt to get this resolved. My next step is to file a claim against them in small claims court. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS."

Organic is around an 1/8 more expensive, but it is reasonable when comparing other competitors’ organic treatment prices. It has been worth it for our peace of mind and the safety of our pets and backyard wildlife. Highly recommend!"

I had a disaster of a backyard, and he designed and installed a beautiful patio with fire pit, an adjacent garden and gazebo, and appropriate and tasteful lighting. "Had company last year and this year. Quality of work last year was fine,this year not so much. Work performance by crews has been fair to poor. Trimming and edging not done or improperly done. Last time here ruts left in yard and turf damage where mowers were turned. If crews see damage being done then maybe they should stop and let me know. I would rather wait a week than have yard damaged. Told Mr. Dunbar and his response was he could leave ruts or let grass grow. Very poor customer service and professionalism."
