The crew was on time, punctual, respectful and did exactly what he said they were going to do. My storm shelter was installed in one day and this included taking down and putting back up my fence! "I reviewed and got several quotes before choosing The Covered Patio company. The project included the addition of the shed roof(plus shingling), then framing/screening the entire structure. From sales to project management to the installation team, everyone involved was professional and very personable. The project began on time and was completed in the predetermined 2-day time frame. The installation team showed up when they said they would and worked diligently. I was asked for my preferences on a few minor decisions vs. the installers making the decision. I was very pleased with that vs. having it done one way then not liking what they did. Other companies should model The Covered Patio because this went as smooth as possible and looks terrific. I now have neighbors considering enclosing their covered patios due to seeing the great work this company does. This is a local company and everyone takes great pride in their work.
