I had a few small jobs that needed attention to detail to repair and Vince did a magnificent job at sizing up the work and providing a solution. He was very flexible with his time, often adjusting his schedule to come in the later evenings to complete work. Once I needed to adjust the schedule due to a planned outing with my family and he was able to do so.
