"The wool rug was well cleaned and cleaned on site at the Ayoub Carpet Service in Kensington, Maryland. Pick and delivery was included in the price. Employees were prompt, courteous and professional. The price was very good because I received a 30% coupon in the mail, unrelated to Angie's List."

"We recently purchased a home that had older carpet in the basement that needed stretched, and deep cleaned. Hew was wonderful at explaining all the services he offered that could help give our carpet the refresh it was needing. The previous owner had a cat and he was able to eliminate the odor that loomed in the basement. The stretching has done wonders for the appearance of the carpet and there are no more tripping hazards from wrinkled carpet. We had additional project going on in the home while he was there and he made it work even with some chords from their equipment running through the basement. We are overall extremely happy with the results and would recommend Hew's Carpet Care to anyone looking to repair and refresh their carpet. Definitely will contact Hew for any future carpet/rug care projects we may have."

"TLDR: Reasonable pricing, house looks (and smells) new, and we got some helpful tips as first-time homeowners. Would 10/10 recommend My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services. As first-time homeowners, we wanted clean the carpets from the previous occupants before we moved in. Rich (in Laurel, MD) helped walk us through the process and was flexible around our schedule since we were living out of state. For anyone inexperienced in carpet cleaning (like I was), make sure you document any dark marks or discoloration in the carpets, particularly on the edges/corners of the room. Due to the additional cleaning necessary, it can increase the price, and it’s easier to get an accurate quote if you provide that information up front. Thankfully, Rich clarified pricing once noticed, showed us some small areas where we could use extra cleaning, and recommended places where we probably didn’t need to spend more money on (like closet edges that will be covered by furniture). We also got a discount since the house didn’t have furniture in it yet, so the total cost was still lower than other competing quotes. He also provided some helpful tips for us as new homeowners. It was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’m so glad we got it done before moving in. The house was fine before, but now that the carpets look (and smell) so much better, it really feels like a new house."

"Daniel was the guy who came out and cleaned my carpet. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He had a wonderful attitude and he did a excellent job cleaning my rug. It looks amazing. And he did not over charge me like some of the other companies I looked into. I would hire this company for my next job, no questions."

"They did an excellent job! There were a lot of spots on the carpet before they cleaned the home. Once finished the spots were non existent and the carpet looked as it did when we had moved into the unit. You can tell they take pride in the work they do from the transformation of the carpet. They took their time and even answered any questions we may have. We will definitely be using them again in the future for our new homes!"

"The team did a great job. They were on time and were very respectful of my home. When they left I could tell they had vacuumed my couch and rugs really well and were thorough in their clean. I will definitely use them again."

"Dave did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. He was prompt and very professional. Highly recommend!!!"

"Our barely 4 year old carpet was quickly developing wrinkles and rolled sections so we looked at several companies on Homeadvisor and decided on Kashan. They were the best price and seemed ready to get this done quickly for us. Because our basement isn't very wide or large (although it's not small either) one guy used the knee kicker and went around the entire perimeter stretching section by section. I did supply them our in-house vacuum so they could clean as they went which was fine. I wouldn't have allowed that if it was going to be A LOT of cut carpet as I didn't want my cleaner clogged or canister overfilled. But it was fine. I actually cleared out the entire basement and put the single large sectional on carpet pads for easy sliding which they appreciated. But I had to do that when the carpet was installed too and it saves you a lot of cash doing some of any job yourself. Friendly, courteous and professional and I would definitely hire them again for other things like carpet cleaning or installs of non carpet flooring too."

"Maid To Serve is a very honest and professional company I have ever had. They were very punctual, very honest in answering all the questions I had. They have very reasonable prices. The power washing they did on the siding of my house came out perfect. The siding looks brand new. I will not hesitate to recommend them or call them again. I am very happy with Maids To Serve"
