"Accurate Electric was the first to respond to my request for quotes and they sent an electrician out the same week. He arrived on schedule and completed the work in the time they estitmated. My only call out is the job took 1.25 hours and he initally tried to bill me twice the rate for that, but when I questioned it, he corrected it to the rate I was quoted. I used them to discconnect the electric to my above-ground pool so it could be removed. I would use them again."

"When we moved into this house, there were a couple of things that needed changed. Our placement of a freezer in the utility room made a motion detecting switch incapable of work. Fortunately, there was already a location for the second switch to that area, and John basically relocated the motion Switch to that location. While working on this, we discussed the need for a whole house surge protection ( frequent power outages in Delaware county seems to be a known issue) - John took care of this with another visit and at a very reasonable rate. Later, we had an issue with a breaker that was constantly tripping. John ran diagnostics look to see if there was an issue prior to installing a new breaker. After a new breaker was installed, we have been trouble free. We Power Electric has helped us 3 times and we have been very pleased. Customer service is a benchmark for any company. The first visit was with TJ who inspected the line, repaired several outlets and gave me an informative, non-pressure evaluation of my current electric panel that was 40 years old. After going over pricing options, I contacted Safe Electric and TJ to do the panel replacement. TJ, Eric and Brendon were the team who were at the house to replace the panel. The team were all professional, knowledgeable and practiced COVID safe repairs, wearing masks. The work took several days, the first day was to replace the panel and get everything wired back up. I also had to have additional outdoor upgrades, including an additional grounding bar. Finally, a new meter had to be installed. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a generator on the last day to keep some essentials powered during the power outage.
