"We used Prestige Air Duct Cleaning to clean dryer vents in two homes. Very friendly and professional. Completed work efficiently and went above and beyond to ensure everything was left clean and in better shape than the project started. Look forward to working with this company again to clean our entire house air ducts. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic job. Tyler L and Tyler H were both terrific. They cleaned out the entire duct system, and did a very thorough job. They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. Tip top, all the way."

"This is the second time I've used this company for doing a deep clean and both times the cleaning job has been very good. There were 2 people who showed up right on time and took their time to do a thorough cleaning of the house."

"Clean gutters and downspouts and blow off debris on roof. . Iâ m very happy with their work."

"They were very professional, friendly and affordable. Will definitely be calling them next time I need to have my dryer vent/ducts cleaned."

"Premier Property Services were prompt, courteous and easy to communicate with. They did an excellent job cleaning our roofs and gutters - we will be using them again!"

"They were very careful and cleaned up after finishing the work."

"James was quick & efficient. He cleaned the chimmy inside the house then went on the roof and cleaned the chimmy from the top down. He also checked for any damage the chimmy may have and reported any needed repairs to me (documented by a photo). I am retired and on a fixed income, I felt his chimmy cleaning price was reasonable."

"My 30-year-old LiftMaster garage door opener stopped working. Marcos gave me 3 different options. I chose the Chamberlain garage door. Marcos removed the old garage door opener, installed the newone and cleaned up in less than two hours."
