"Work was performed well, very satisfied with the job. The job was reasonably priced and fair. I knew exactly what I was paying for, i.e. materials and labor. Communicating with James was difficult and took more effort on my part than necessary. Since I was in no hurry to get the work done, this was manageable, but still frustrating."
