So either that wasn’t true, or he could have done more to verify to protect the phone line we pointed out when the job was bid. I thought he would grind the stump deeper than he did, and I asked about it when he was done. It did not fulfill the expectation I understood when it was bit. However, we are glad to have the stumps ground and level with the yard."
