Front porch: Chalk and fill wood areas that needed it, replace rotten wood and then primer paint/ two coats of paint. It looks awesome! 4.) Remove and replace three doors. The front door and two French doors downstairs. Perfect installation, no more drafts and all doors are air tight! 5.) Electricity installation to my 10 X 20 shed. (Man Cave electricity!) I cannot tell you how happy I am with Dale and his staff. On time, on budget, fair pricing and quality work. Understand that I really like the people I just found that he had cut the 1/4 round incorrectly and had changed the plans for the utility room without consulting me.
