He kept me informed of all facets of the repair work and what was done wrong previously (I bought a townhome and I was not original owner, prior owner had work done to repair water damage to living ceiling and the source of the water was not only not fixed but the duct for the heating/air was damaged as well), he fixed the leak and the damaged duct (no charge).
