We are highly insured, bonded, and safety trained to fulfill the requirements of all residential systems as well as most industrial plants in Texas.

Ballard does not provide information that is clear and precise and cannot set a schedule and keep it. The project has not been performed and is currently 30 days behind schedule. If Ballard should choose to complete the project without any more delays or issues, then we might consider retracting this review."
