"The whole process went beautifully! I called All Shore Paving when I was getting estimates from a few paving companies. (It turned out they all gave the same paving specs, and their prices were pretty close. ASP's price was about the middle.) ASP's John Accardi arrived at the appointed time, took measurements, and discussed with us how the job would be done. He gave us a detailed written estimate. One side of our driveway was edged by its original 1940-vintage begian blocks, which needed to be reset. The other side had no belgian blocks. John explained that he would not be able to match the old blocks exactly. We decided to go ahead with new blocks on that side of the driveway anyway. All Shore's estimate was a little higher than the middle, but we decided to go with them, largely because of John's professionalism, attention to detail, fair price (but not the lowest.) John called us to schedule each of the following steps: 1) tearing out the old driveway and laying down the crushed stone base layer; 2) setting the old and new belgian block edging; and 3) paving the driveway. In each case, the crew came on time, worked smoothly and neatly. The finished work looked really good. We are very happy with the job, and would recommend All Shore Paving to others looking for quality paving company."
