"My initial call to Landwehr Roofing was returned quickly by Josh Kramer, an appointment was made and Josh was on time. The day before the work was to be done Josh called to let me know when the crew would arrive along with the estimated time for the materials to arrive. The job was completed in one day, it looked great. I was impressed while watching the progress to see one of the crew look over the work of another crew member to point out a drip edge that overlapped in the wrong direction on the shed, the drip edge was then re-installed correctly. After the work was complete the crew did an excellent job cleaning up, going over the yard several times to make sure it was clean and the nails were picked-up by the yard magnet. While showing me the finished project Josh pointed out on the valleys that his crew had extended them to ensure water drained properly and installed a drip edge between the end of the guttering where it met the valleys, it had not been done on the original roof installation and was starting to cause rotting on a board. At the end of a long day when the crew had left, Josh went the extra mile and ran over my lawn again with the magnet to make sure the nails were picked-up. I appreciate the spirit of excellence in Josh and his crew and also the owner (Mike Landwehr) coming out to my house to look at the completed roof installation and make sure I was satisfied. "Excellent service from start to finish. My home is 90 years old. I had several ceilings with cracks in them and a wall with water damage. Also, needed a master bedroom and hallway walls repaired and repainted. The project was complicated because while some of the work was patch/repair/repaint, some of the ceilings were made with a masonite/compound we don't use in modern times and were unable to simply be patched and repaired. They needed to be completed tore down and rebuilt with drywall. The finished product looks amazing! Bill's work is done with great care and perfection. Highly recommend All Seasons!"

"Came out pretty soon after I called and worked until completion. Installed in cool weather so shingles did not melt together very well. During strong winds some of the shingles blew off, they came back and repaired the shingles at no cost 2 separate times. When it warmed up and melted together I haven't had any problems or signs of leaks since. I won't try to install roof again in fall/winter."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
