"Everything was done on time, even finished before due date! All workers were professional, friendly and trustworthy. All did excellent work; I have no complaints whatsoever. Steve designed the bathroom for me, and worked with me to choose all of the tile, fixtures, and cabinets. The general contractors, Dan Turman and his son Mike Turman were awesome -- they made sure everything was done perfectly. I had plastic plumbing, so a special plumber had to be hired - Cory W. -- he was awesome as well. Another fabulous father/son team, Derek & Jason Dill, installed the tile, which is beautiful -- they even did a special touch with a pipe they had to work around and made it look like a tiled column. I'm very pleased with all of the work. The shower glass walls & door look great too."

"Deb and Steve Johnson are amazing. Professional from start to finish. I contracted with them in March of 2013 to re-finish or paint whichever you want to call it...my kitchen cabinets. When I contracted with them I knew they would not be able to start my project until November 3rd, 2013. I waited 8+ months and the wait was well worth it! They gave me an exact timeline of how long the project would take and they were right on. They discussed every detail with me...even some details I wasn't sure about they made suggestions and helped me decide what would be best. I never hesitated about leaving them in my home while we were away. Although a project of this size has your home disorganized, they straightened the work area every day before they left. "I have used House Smart remodeling in the past and knew that Chris would do a great job with remodeling my basement.  The basement had been finished by the previous owner and was not a nice space.  I'm attaching pictures to show the custom carpentry that Chris did using oak to cover the ugly mental support columns and replace the tiled tops of the low walls.  The new look is almost too beautiful to be in a basement!  Chris's team did a wonderful job replacing the worn carpet and tile with tile that I chose, refinished the existing oak doors and trim, painted, replaced missing ceiling tiles, and did a million little things that made the basement perfect.  I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new basement!"
