"In 2006, Midwest Lifetime Roof Systems in Olathe, KS installed a Gerard stone-coated steel roof on my house. Their work was excellent and the product superior to any other roofing material I had ever seen. Now, seventeen years later, I still have people commenting on how great the roof looks. Just recently I had Roofing Force, (who bought out Midwest), install new gutters. Their workers were exceptional. In fact, I believe the crew included members who installed my roof back in 2006. This gave me a lot of confidence that they could handle the job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They provided a free detailed estimate of what the gutters and installation would cost. As it turned out, Roofing Force was more than $5,000 cheaper than two national gutter companies. The quality of the materials was great. They installed the heavy gauge 6” aluminum gutters with the 3” x 4” downspouts plus sturdy gutter covers screwed down so as not to ever be dislodged by high winds. The crew completed the job of removing the old gutters, installing the new ones and clean up in about 6 hours. In addition, they noticed my stone coated roof required some maintenance. That is; there were some areas where the coating needed refreshing (along the ridge and some of the vent pipes). There was a separate charge for this, but after 17 years this was expected and again, they did an excellent job adding new granular material where needed. I initially spoke with Carlos Luna at Roofing Force about this job. He couldn’t have been nicer nor more professional. Any question I had, he was quick with a response and followed up with me before and after the work was completed. I will also say the same regarding my crew. They showed up on time, were very skillful and very respectful. I could highly recommend Roofing Force to anyone needing a new roof, gutters or any other services they offer."

"GREAT EXPERIENCE! The owner, Jeff, was extremely good to work with and his crew was efficient, on time and professional. This was a complete tear off & decking install as required by code because the roof had the original cedar shakes under a 20+ year old roof & no decking. The whole thing took less than 2 days including clean up. The clean up required to get rid of the cedar shakes was monumental, but Jeff's guys did an outstanding job! Workmanship was great and materials high quality. Jeff offered options for roof vents and shingle styles. A very good value. Finally, after completing the roof, Jeff helped us find a great buy on new gutter guard materials. Definitely recommend Eclipse Roofing and would use them again. Jim"

"Can and inspected the roof. Identified leak was coming from window and provided a reference to someone to fix as that was not their specialty. "I mean I didn?t have any issues, I?m just trying to find the right roof, but as far as the pricing I wasn?t real pleased with the pricing. But other than that he was really prompt, onto. He said he was going to be here, he was here. He gave me all of the information that I needed.  I?m probably going to go with another roofer. I mean it wasn?t a bad experience. He said he was going to be here on time and he showed up and he inspected the roof and did everything like that, just price wise? <br /> <br /> There were times when there was a little delay. For the most part he was pretty much on time but then there were times when there was information where I didn?t hear back real quickly.  But I understand they were doing a lot of roofing jobs with the storm we had here, we had the hail storms a while back, and I understand they were really busy. He said he was going to be here, and he showed up.  <br /> <br /> He gave me a number, but he goes ?once we start tearing into the number could be this? and the number was too big of a variable there. It was just kind of a big number. I don?t know anything about roofing but you have to give me something in kind of a ballpark, and the number was too big of a spread there. Other than that, that was the only thing. He did the best he could. He inspected it and everything. "

"Excellent service. They worked with us on getting our insurance to pay for the roof (minus our deductible) even though I had started the process incorrectly with our insurance adjuster. Very patient & responsive with email & phone. They even did a temporary fix on a spot on the roof in the interim (while waiting for the insurance adjuster & schedule to all line up). The crew who worked on our roof were very polite & respectful of our property & ourselves. We had neighbors use other companies who parked roofing materials that blocked their driveway & garage for weeks or crushed landscaping during the roof demo, etc. Was nice to know we always had a safe exit from the house to use because they worked methodically on different zones of the roof (unlike some of the roofers my various neighbors had). I was very grateful for their professionalism & would recommend them to anyone."
