"The cleaning was done as I instructed. I have special cleaning methods that I requested which increased the cost. Overall, a good value. The four star rating is due to only one person cleaning which took way too long. Two persons would substantially reduce the cleaning time at my house."

"It was good. On the confusing side, I had mentioned about washing the windows and when the girls got there they were a little surprised. Therefore, it was not communicated to them. They had not budgeted enough time to do that. On the positive side, they were willing to do it. This meant that they had to stay a little longer, which they did. Overall, it seemed very clean and the people were very happy. I thought their price was a little too much. The quality of their work was very good. In terms of responsiveness, I called them and they got around and got it done quickly. I have used a lot of different house cleaning services for this very problem and every time I have changed because of the billing amount, I was looking for something little better. I guess I would use their services again in the future."
