"This is a follow up review. It is not very often that a small business owner takes customer satisfaction as seriously as Drew and Jessica. When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. The new Lutron system has been exceptional and it is helping us both, Envision and my budget, save money since it is rock solid. "STAY AWAY!!!! Current estimate was WAY overpriced and included work that would not have met local code. Even the estimator admitted he didn't explore what he needed to, and that he did not know the local codes. Worse, they did not show integrity when a problem arose with work they had done previously. I rue the day we hired them."

"A socket at one point blew out, and I also needed two more upgrades to the sockets around my house. HEY STEVE, I DEFINITELY TESTED THAT LIGHT SWITCH BECAUSE I'M NOT AN IDIOT. By the time Steve got here, a full month of scheduling out later, somehow the socket was working again. Instead of being a real professional and finishing the work I had hired him for, he promptly and rudely left, saying "You always do this." Very professional; to be clear I do NOT always do this. I'm NOT a very handy person, but the FACT is I expected you to finish your work, and you did not. You were rude, and frankly have been rude since the first time you worked at my place."

"Working with Carl, Karen and Jack at CTS Electric was a truly excellent experience, and I am so glad we found them! We've needed a back-up generator for quite a while, and had checked out some other suppliers, but none of them could design a system that worked for the layout of our home. Carl came out and, in one hour, had the perfect solution for us! The generator we ordered, a 20 Kw Briggs & Stratton unit, arrived on time and was quickly followed up with a highly professional installation. Even when the usual installation "challenges" came up, all was taken in stride and professionally resolved, most likely taking more time than had been anticipated, at NO additional charge. Jack was even able to come back later, on an additional job that got our WiFi working better than ever - yes, they do that too! Our installation is very neat and completely unobtrusive. And, we have already had a chance to see how well the installation works. Our power went out for 12 hours just one week after the unit was installed. But for us, it was only out for about 25 seconds! Our back-up generator kicked in and we had power, and heat, all night long! If you need a back-up generator, and you want things done right, just call CTS Electric!"

"We hired Bill Mullen Electric to remove the knob and tube from our historic home, as well as a few other jobs like adding outlets etc. They were one of the best contracting experiences I have ever had and can not recommend them enough. They were professional, courteous, responsive, timely and did great work with wonderful attention to detail. The K&T job was done with care and minimal creation of holes in the wall, and they patched also! Excellent work overall and highly recommend."

"Facts: contacted company to schedule service. Two weeks before electrician would arrive. Electricians arrived on time. Review electrical problems with technicians (two showed up). Left electricians to survey the home's electrical system. Met with electricians about current immediate problem. Agreed that the state of the system required someone specializing in old homes with legacy electrical wiring. Technicians informed me they had someone on staff who could survey the home and provide solutions to remedy the existing problem and possible overhaul of the system. They said they would escalate the problem to the appropriate person. I asked when is a reasonable time to wait before hearing back from the company. They said by the end of the week. I asked again how long to hear back - thinking that the end of the week was optimistic since it took them two weeks to get to the house. They said again by the end of the week. I waited until the following Wednesday and after not hearing anything from them left a review on the company website. Later that day a manager contacted me to discuss my review. NOT to discuss the possibility of getting someone out to the house but specifically the review. He stated a technician called me the day after the technicians were at the house. I have a smartphone they record ALL incoming and outgoing phone numbers. NO number from anyone I didn't know showed up in the phone log. NONE. And if he had called and received no answer NO one from the office bothered to follow up either by phone or by email or by text message. To the people at Oliver, welcome to the 21-century. How about using some the technology available to you for something besides swiping my credit card for the "arrival fee". DO NOT HIRE this company for ANYTHING! And BTW, another company I contacted for the same issue has sent me three text messages to follow up on the appointment that hasn't even happened yet. And I didn't have to wait two weeks to get on the schedule. Oliver, take a hint!"
