The first snow; equipment breakdown; they do not come when they say they are going to come; plowed snow toward the building in parking spaces, said they would be out to fix it. That was at 7-8ish this morning. Then said around 12pmish it would be about 4 hours. It is 6pm snowing again and we are being held hostage waiting for services. I would not recommend them to any residential building ever. I had to shovel myself out yesterday for 2 1/2 HOURS to ensure I could get out to go to work today. I had to salt some areas. The elderly can't get to their cars. Im still waiting -text at 12pm to come & salt & plow. "
