"Three months ago my father, who thru fifty years of marriage and home ownership had dealt with repairs himself or been the one to do the hiring if a contractor was needed, was diagnosed with dementia. He had to be abruptly placed into a care facility. My mother was emotional and overwhelmed to say the least. Walking through the house, I could see how his health had indeed been slipping: home repairs were started but not finished, areas of upkeep and home maintenance he always stayed on top of in the past had been left to fall into disarray. One of these unfinished repairs was the laundry room washtub. My mother said it had a backed up drain. I could see the piping beneath it was in pieces and that my father had started but never finished repairing it. I found Pacific Crest Plumbing and was immediately impressed. He asked that I take a few clear pictures, then send them to him so he could provide an estimate over the phone rather than having to charge me to drive out to the house and do a diagnosis. After looking through the pictures, Nick told me exactly what he would recommend doing to repair the tub. He provided written estimates that included both snaking the drain, and not snaking the drain, since I told him I was unsure if my father had done that part of the project yet already. He was able to get us schedule the very next day. I cannot say enough nice things about Nick or Pacific Crest Plumbing."

"It is never fun finding a major problem with your home and water infiltration is about at the top of the list of things you don't want to find.  If anything good can come out of such a situation having someone who is confident in being able to resolve the problem, educated on the right techniques and products and honest in evaluating the situation is a comforting thing.  Angie's list provided the list of available people, previous reports provided the best choice among the mix and Q closed the deal with his prompt site visit and detailed recommendation for resolving the problem.   In our situation the first quote was a hopeful less expensive option but upon further inspection and demo more issues were found.  Q provided the two options available, a cheaper interior only sealant or an exterior excavation and full foundation seal as well as interial seal and water resistant rock to replace the existing sheetrock inside.  Even though we were selling our house we didn't want anyone to buy into a known issue or half done job, kharma is a b****, so we went the long route but ended up with peace of mind and a job well done.  Q and his team made very little mess, cleaned up thoroughly and covered the lawn with tarp during excavation and even saved the 2 plants that were mere inches from the trench.  Overall the job was done very well and Q was very pleasant to work with and attentive with explanation when we were working through our options.  Highly recommend Q and the Ethereal team."

"Great. He found the metal blocking the disposal and saved me having to install new one. Tightened my faucet in about half a minute. Replaced line and shut off valve to my dishwasher, increasing my water pressure. Showed me how to take toilet fill valve apart to clean out rust so I did not have to call them again."

"Brian Shannon is a very nice person to do business with.  He has a fantastic crew of workers who work well as a team.  We were given a schedule of when the crew would be onsite and I was impressed with the time management skills that the workers displayed.  They arrived earlier than expected and wasted no time starting their work day.  We rarely saw them take a break, real hard working group!  The crew foreman was great about keeping us informed of their  progress and any changes, concerns or questions that came up.  We hadn't been aware of the driveway drain system problem, but the foreman noted it and explained to us that this certainly had not helped the settling problem with the original step. They completed all items on our list in a reasonable amount of time and we were very pleased with the results. The crew was courteous and seemed to take pride in the job they do. All trash resulting from the work performed was hauled away. And the crew were good about sweeping, racking, and using a blower to cleanup. With the number and type of tasks we requested and the professional results, we considered the charges to be reasonable."
