After my spouse and I fell ill over the summer, we had to let the yard go, and it took us a long time to recover so we never had enough energy to catch up. "I called Savage about a sprinkler system bid on 5/14/18. I spoke with Doug, he said he could come out the next day and look at the job. Met Doug 5/15/18 and looked over the job and said he would get me a quote. So far so good. A week later on 5/22 I called Doug and asked when I should expect a quote and he told me he'd have it to me the next day. It's almost three weeks and crickets so far..I don't think I would be comfortable doing business with a company I have to chase down to get a quote. Imagine contacting them if you had a problem?"
