"Amy was very professional and easy to work with. She promptly scheduled a consult with Andy. He took a video of my roof to show me I had hail damage from a storm and thus why my ceiling was showing water damage. He gave me a very fair estimate. Andy came with roof samples and all licensing information the first day. The roof is beautiful. His crew did leave some nails and there were some minor repairs that needed to be done to the roof lining. Andy came and fixed everything. The gutters work perfectly and I'm so glad I don't hear rain dripping out or water overflowing over the tops anymore. I would recommend Mo Shingles for their prompt and professional business. Roof should last me a long time!"

"Barnett Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof installing approx. 60 squares of thee dimensional shingles along with 3-4 sheets of plywood roof decking and quality underlayment. Arrived on time around 7:45 am and the crew worked until 8 pm completing the job in a single day. Excellent cleanup with a next day return to do a magnet drag through the yard to remove nearly 100 nails. Must say have not found anymore nails in the grass since the magnetic sweep! Professional and thorough. Of course installed with nails and not staples. Protected landscaping properly and had debris hauled away promptly. Quite satisfied and heartily recommend."

"Awesome! Mark and his guys were just amazing to watch in action. My roof has a crazy steep pitch, and to watch them hanging off ropes and going at it was something to behold. They had that thing stripped in no time, and loaded well over 100 bundles of shingles on the roof. Skylights out and replaced better than new, then it was on to shingles which was done in no time. Best part was the selection of products with Mark. Lots of choices, explanations between products, and no pressure on what to choose, Great solid advice, even on color, with previous examples of his work to help you out. LOVE the roof, love the attention to detail. Can't recommend these guys enough!!!"

"Our roof was damaged in the severe weather that hit Knox County in April, 2010. We were unaware of the damage until we actually began to see leaks. We filed the claim with our homeowner's insurance and then we experienced major delays because of paper work and roofing companies who turned out to be storm chasers and a great deal of difficulty in finding a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. Finally we were able to get a list of qualified roofers and called many of them to get an estimate. Mike from MDM was quick to return our call and responded to us quickly through the rest of the process. After all the problems we had encountered, his responsiveness was enough for us to decide that MDM was the roofing company we would use. He followed through at once in getting all the needed information to our insurers and the work was scheduled very shortly after our first call. Most of our neighbors had needed roof repairs and so we had watched....sometimes in distress...their work being done. We saw roofs that took weeks to complete, roofs that had to be re-done and huge messes left in the neighbors yards.  We were hoping for a better experience with MDM and they did not disappoint us. Mike was helpful and professional in every step of the process, even when we had trouble settling on a final color for the shingles. The crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to and went right to work. All during the installation process, they were polite and professional and focused on the work. But we were still AMAZED when Mike rang the doorbell that same afternoon to let us know the work was complete. And it was complete and beautifully done and our yard looked better than when they started the new roof! I would recommend MDM Construction to anyone in need of roofing repair or replacement! "MR. PRICE ARRIVED AT APPROX THE TIME HE SAID HE WOULD. I SHOWED HIM THE SUSPECTED AREA(BOTH OUTSIDE) AND INSIDE FROM THE ATTIC. HE HAD A CONTRACT DRAWN UP, WHICH EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD DO AND GAVE ME ALSO A WRITTEN WARRANTY ON HIS WORK, GOOD FOR THIRTY DAYS. A FEW DAYS LATER WE HAD A HARD RAIN STORM AND THE ROOF LEAKED. I CALLED MR PRICE AND HE WAS HERE THE NEXT DAY. I SHOWED HIM WHERE IT HAD COME THRU THE ROOF. HE IMMEDIATLEY WENT UP ON THE ROOF AND DID SOME MORE CALKING, AND TOLD ME THAT IF I HAD ANY MORE LEAKS TO BE SURE AND CALL HIM. I APPRECIATED HAVING THE CONTRACT AND THE WRITTEN WARRANTY. HIS COURTESY AND HIS HONESTY. I THOUGHT THAT $250.00 WAS HIGH FOR A SERVICE CALL BUT DID NOT ARGUE THE POINT. I WANTED THE PROBLEM FIXED AND I BELIEVE HIM TO BE COMPETENT."
