"Old driveway, sidewalk and patio removed and new forms installed on day one. All concrete poured and installed on day two. <br /> Concrete infused with fiberglass to increase strength. Concrete was smoothed and broom finish applied. All work looks wonderful. M&S is very responsive, and always answered all my questions, even after the work was completed. Owner came back a couple of days later to install sealant for driveway/street joint. <br /> M&S had removed a support post from my front porch and installed temporary bracing so they could install my new patio. Once the patio concrete had cured, M&S returned to remove the temporary bracing and replace my support post. M&S took great care to ensure that the ceiling over the front porch was level, and that the support post was properly installed, and was cut to the proper height. <br /> Would highly recommend M&S Concrete to anyone who needs concrete work performed. "Mr Richey had to be called often as he changed his schedule for installing my roof. He gave me an estimate, then stated that it was too low upon completion, asking for an additional $400. In spite of this I asked him to give me a price on another roof, after calling to remind him several times, he finally called back after I gave up waiting and did the job myself. His men accidentally carried off some of my material and after several calls he replaced it. <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
