"Pro-Co added a porch roof over our existing deck. They did a great job and were willing to make changes as they went as we saw fit. They clean up after every day and do their best to work a full day each day (weather permitting of course). My only suggestion would be for improved communication/providing a timeline as to when the project will begin but the work they perform is great. I would definitely hire them again."

"Troy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He used shoe covers when entering the house. He explained everything in detail and did not seem to be in a rush which we very much appreciated.
He work together with his wife Erica and they found radon in our house. They recommended a service provider to install a radon exhaust who did an excellent job.
We later had a small problem with our house and he came by (at no charge) and explained some solutions and gave good advice how to do some renovations.
"

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"I went to see a house that they had done, and I liked them better than anyone that came in the house. I haven't had it done yet, I just have to wait until he's ready to do it. It was a fair quote. He was very nice, very honest, and seemed generous. He was willing to do everything."

"Will was fantastic to work with. He was very fast to respond to my initial call for a quote, gave a reasonable estimate, and scheduled the work quickly. When things didn't turn out quite as planned at first (not his fault), he went above and beyond to fix the issue, as well as offering to give the room other upgrades to really make it special. He couldn't have been more professional, courteous, and attentive. He's the only contractor I will use for any future projects - I've never had a better and quot;customer service experienceand quot; than what he provided. Highly, highly recommend him.
"

"Homeowners who might be considering a new roof also need to include the gutters as part of their concerns. Two years after Continuous Gutter Pros replaced our roof and gutters, we are very pleased with all components, including the special work taken with the gutters. First, Continuous Gutter Pros use 6" instead of 5" gutters to improve water flow, and it has significantly improved our flow and drainage from roof to gutters. Our previous old gutters were terrible, with poor drainage and overflow during downpours, and we were constantly plagued with dripping water and overflows. Our new gutters are perfect, largely strengthened by the addition of valley shields that were included in our new roof. The valley shields have been tremendous in deflecting water smoothly into the large gutters, totally eliminating spill-off and unnecessary overflow at the topmost pitch of the roof. Finally, Brad and his crew made sure all of the fachsia was suitable before proceeding with the new gutters, and they did an excellent job replacing a portion of rotted fachsia on the front of our home before finalizing the roof and gutters. The total impact to the value and aesthetics of our home have helped us enjoy worry-free living, and we have received many positive comments from friends and passersby regarding the beauty and quality of our log home.
"

"I highly recommend them. There are very few firms that know how to plaster. It seems to be a lost art. However. Malone Renovations knows how to do the job.
"
