I, the owner, am personally involved in each and every job that is completed by PPLC. We employ 1 - 4 part-time employees and 1 full-time employee. We sub-contract very few services, however those that must be sub-contracted to satisfy state code (ie. electrical for water features) is done. We use the same sub-contractors for every project when necessary, who hold locally high popularity and provide superior customer service.
